How do I set a photo?

The app shows one contact without a photo at a time, with Google Image Search already filled in. Long-press a fitting image, crop it and tap “Set as Contact Photo”. Nothing changes before that tap.

I set the wrong photo

Tap “Undo” in the message at the bottom of the screen right after setting it. Later, open the contact in the Contacts app and change or remove the photo there.

The app only shows some of my contacts

You shared only part of your contacts. Open “About Kontaktbilder” (the i button) and tap “Share More Contacts”, or change it in Settings › Apps › Kontaktbilder › Contacts.

Some contacts cannot be changed

Contacts from company accounts (for example Exchange or a directory) are sometimes read-only. The app then shows a message and changes nothing.

Refunds

Apple handles all payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Rückerstattungen laufen über Apple, auf derselben Seite.
